Introducing “The Candle or the Mirror’ a poetry collective made up of poets from across the world united by a calling to peaceful activism. We believe in the power of protest, the power of poetry and song to change the world one person at a time.
The collective is made up of RiverinSpirit, HailsPoetry and me. We also have an occasional very special guest Jacqueline Suskin. We have received her blessing to share her work, along with ours, via our collective, her support and encouragement means a lot. Despite having several published volumes coming out she is generous with her time and is a voice of courage and hope to so many writers, especially during these difficult times. She is our mentor, spirit of the earth and guardian of the trees.
