Produced by Spike Lee and directed and written by Stefon Bristol this is a hugely relevent film. It shows police harassment as an everyday reality, the cast is incredible, and the writing sharp. The device for the time travel is clever and features a wonderful cameo from a very famous time traveler.

It is great to see a young black cast playing aspirational, brilliant scientists, who attempt to travel back in time to stop a tragedy. The shadow of police brutality looms over everything the protagonists do and one scene in particular is horrifyingly prescient to the events of George Floyd. This is a must watch.

5 Window Panes Out of 5.
