I prefer to read stories that connect with me on a deep level. But sometimes it’s like prospecting for gold, it takes patience and perseverance and when you find those special books you have to treasure them. They are precious, the words conjuring up a feeling that can’t be explained. One such book for me is Pax by Sara Pennypacker.
